Manuel is a veteran leader in the industry with over 35 years of experience. Trained as an architect, his expertise spans various sectors, including architecture, real estate, corporate advisory services, client representation, and business development. A proven leader in the field, he has spearheaded numerous repositioning and new construction projects within the Greater New York/New Jersey area. During his tenure on the client side alone, he was responsible for designing and constructing over 100 tenant improvement projects annually, encompassing more than 2 million square feet of office space and 500,000 square feet of construction. With his extensive experience in project design and management, overseeing multiple design studios and teams, coupled with his profound knowledge of the New York/New Jersey marketplace, he is an invaluable asset to the MGE family and the ideal professional to lead our NJ office. His day-to-day responsibilities include leading the NJ office, strategic planning, development, implementation, and overseeing and managing all ongoing projects.
