Bruce W. Jaffe
Bruce Jaffe is a Founding Principal (Emeritus) of MG Engineering, bringing more than 40 years of experience in consulting engineering to the firm. Throughout his career, Bruce played a central role in shaping MGE’s design philosophy, client-first culture, and commitment to technical excellence. His leadership and vision were instrumental in establishing long-standing client relationships and building the firm’s reputation for quality, reliability, and thoughtful engineering solutions. Bruce’s expertise spans a wide range of project types, including hospitality, high-rise residential (new construction and conversions), broadcast studios, fitness facilities, and restaurants. Known for his attention to detail, strong focus on quality control, and deep knowledge of MEP/FP systems, Bruce has delivered designs that support both project performance and client satisfaction. In his emeritus role, he remains a resource to the firm, contributing institutional knowledge and guidance as MGE continues to build on its strong foundation.
