Wayne is a registered Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of multidisciplinary engineering, project delivery, and practice management experience, and holds licensure in 49 states and the District of Columbia. As Managing Director of MG Engineering’s Philadelphia office, he leads operations, staff development, and strategic growth in support of the firm’s national presence. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing engineering teams, overseen complex MEP designs across a wide range of market sectors, and guided projects to successful completion while meeting client expectations for scope, schedule, and budget.
