The project consisted of the retail development within the Landmarked building and included the following:
- 6 retail suites (20,800 sf) with street frontage
- Common retail market (7,000 sf)
- New expo areas (6,500 sf) with bar and flexible event space
- New back of house
- New single truck loading dock area
