Philip F. Parisi, Jr., P.E.
Philip Parisi Jr., P.E., LEED AP is an Associate Principal with over 24 years’ experience in his field. His responsibilities include office and project management, specification and standards development, and plumbing/fire protection system design. His expertise includes project design in market sectors including healthcare, life science, research laboratories, high-rise commercial office and residential buildings, building repositioning and major infrastructure upgrades. Philip is a licensed Professional Mechanical and Fire Protection Engineer in the State of New York as well as 17 additional states, and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional passionate about water conservation, rainwater harvesting and overall energy management. He is active as a member and chairperson of the NYC Plumbing Code Technical Revision Committee, ICC Water Supply and Drainage Sizing Committee 815 and ICC Rainwater Harvesting Systems Committee Standard 805. Throughout his career he has presented to numerous industry related events, associations and guest lecturer at New York University and Columbia University school of professional studies.
