Peter Gerazounis is a principal of the firm with over 30 years of experience in the engineering consulting field, with an emphasis on mechanical engineering. He possesses the unique ability to visualize a project from start to finish which enables him to transform challenges into solutions. Throughout his career Peter has designed a variety of projects, including renovations and new construction for residential buildings (luxury condominiums and rental buildings), mixed-use developments, hotels, dormitories, schools, corporate offices and provides on-call base building engineering services for building owners and managers. In addition, he is responsible for the overall technical aspects and development of the firm.
