• Two (2) floors of common space on the 1st and 2nd floors
• Typical floor plate with 20-23 beds with the majority of rooms with 2 beds, 1 single bedroom per floor and 102 triple bedrooms
• Amenity space (building lobby, fitness room, laundry facilities, meeting rooms, student lounge, library/study area, and kitchen)
• Emergency generator
