NEW MURAL PAVILION

MEP/FP design services including:

• Full upgrade of the 180,000 lb/hr. high-pressure steam boiler plant in the MLK Pavilion serving the New Mural Pavilion, the MLK Pavilion, the Ron Brown Building and the Kountz Building
• A new 3,000 KW emergency power plant serving both the New Mural Pavilion and the MLK Pavilion
• A new 4,500-ton chiller plant serving the New Mural Pavilion and the MLK Pavilion
• A complete upgrade of the MLK Pavilion’s normal and emergency power distribution systems
• Upgrading of the MLK Pavilion’s air handling systems including the addition of heat recovery and conversion of constant volume dual duct systems to variable air volume systems
