MEP/FP engineering services for the renovation of approximately 10,000 SF in the cellar 218 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn for a new outpatient dialysis center. Spaces include 25 dialysis stations, exam rooms, offices, nurse stations, lounge, storage, conference room and other support space, as well as a DI/RO (Deionization / Reverse Osmosis) system, Acid and Caustic drainage system, leak detection system, and all new associated power, piping and appearances. A new entrance for the dialysis center was also created on Myrtle Avenue.
