Located within the coastal village of Saltleaf overlooking Estero Bay, Acqua Bistecca is an upscale waterfront restaurant offering a refined dining experience inspired by Italian cuisine. MGE provided the MEP/FP engineering design for the project, supporting both front- and back-of-house operations across approximately 5,300 SF of interior space, including a full commercial kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, host station, and chef’s room. The design also encompasses 1,800 SF of outdoor dining and a 2,400 square foot lower level housing a ship store, community space, restrooms, offices, and a dedicated cold trash room. The integrated systems were carefully designed to support the restaurant’s waterfront location, operational efficiency, and elevated guest experience.
