830 Brickell Plaza development located in the downtown Miami business district, features over 900,000 square feet of space spread across 56 floors including:

• Low-rise and high-rise office floors
• Lobby
• Ground floor retail
• 8 levels of parking
• Commercial kitchens and restaurants located on 30^th, 54^th and 55^th floors.

The project is designed with central condenser water plant used for water cooled air-conditioning units/systems.

Due to the buildings height and multiple mechanical floor areas, the basis of design addresses the operating water pressure for the system not exceeding 300 psig and improves system air and water balancing efforts.

Project is obtaining at minimum LEED Silver certification.
