• Enclosing of the existing arcade on either sides with new lighting and environmental and life safety systems and controls and shall be treated as open public space.
• Removal of existing exterior wall at the building lobby allowing it to be open to the newly enclosed arcade.
• New security desks with new fire alarm and security panels and monitors.
• New turnstiles.
• Cosmetic renovation to elevator lobby.
• Renovation of the plaza and façades at both 52^nd and 53^rd
