The project consisted of the retail development within the Landmarked building and included the following:

• 6 retail suites (20,800 sf) with street frontage
• Common retail market (7,000 sf)
• New expo areas (6,500 sf) with bar and flexible event space
• New back of house
• New single truck loading dock area
